Our traditional Japanese cooking classes in the Canberra region will resume during January 2021. Classes will continue to run as private classes for individuals and small groups of family/friends to ensure your health and safety during the current COVID-19 pandemic. We can run classes in the familiar surrounds of your own home kitchen or at our venue in the Woden area of Canberra. Our classes will introduce you to home and country-style recipes from regional areas of Japan—traditional and authentic food that you won’t often see in restaurants—and cover a wide range of themes including seafood, meats, vegetarian, fermentation and pickling, and party food.
