Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with a Product you have purchased from us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the Product via the enquiry form on our Website or by e-mail at hashimoto@grapevine.com.au. In your message, please state clearly your name and order or invoice number, and the main reason for your dissatisfaction. Alternatively, please call us on 0408 255 905 between 9am and 5pm (Australian Eastern Time). If the issue cannot be resolved after your initial contact, please return your purchased Product to us for a refund. Items must be in its unused original condition and adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit.

 

We may offer you the choice of a refund or exchange, if another Product of equivalent Price to the Product you return to us is available.

 

We cannot cover the cost incurred by you for returning the Product to us (e.g. postage, courier), unless you are returning a Product that you received in a damaged condition (please see section below on ‘Damaged goods’). We cannot provide a refund or exchange for a Product that has been used, damaged or altered by you, or for a Product damaged in transit when you return it to us.

 

Please note that the appearance of Products you receive in your Order may differ slightly from what is depicted in photographs on our website, as most of our Products are individually handcrafted and variations in design, colour, pattern and texture are common between each piece, Appearance of our Products may also be affected by the light conditions at the time.

Damaged goods

If your purchased Product unfortunately arrives in a damaged condition or is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the Product via the enquiry form on our Website or by e-mail at hashimoto@grapevine.com.au. Alternatively, please call 0408 255 905 between 9am and 5pm (Australian Eastern Time). We will organise a refund for the Product received by you in a damaged or faulty condition.

 

We may offer you a choice of a refund or an exchange, if another Product of equivalent Price to the Product you return to us is available.

When you contact us, you will be required to provide photographic evidence clearly showing the condition of damaged or faulty Product AND packaging at the time of delivery of your Order. Please send the damaged or faulty Product back to us, adequately packaged to avoid further damage during transit, for your refund or exchange. We will refund you for the cost of postage you incur by returning the damaged goods.
