Please follow these simple steps to reserve your tour:

  1. Read the tour descriptions on our website. 

  2. Select the tour(s) that interest you and send us an e-mail enquiry via our website using the form located at the bottom of each webpage. Please indicate your preferred timing of your tour, noting the seasonal availability for each of our tour itineraries. We will then contact you with the relevant information for your tour(s). 

  3. To proceed with your tour reservation, contact us to obtain a tour information pack that includes your Contract with us for your tour(s). Please read the Contract carefully before returning the signed copy to us. Please enquire if you have any questions, however minor they may appear.

  4. Pay your deposit within 7 days of signing your Contract to secure your reservation. Please note that some tours, late reservations and some Payment Plans require payment at the time of signing of your Contract. Please refer to our webpage on Payments for further details.

  5. Make your full Final Payment for the tour(s) on or before the designated due date (Final Payment Date). Please refer to our webpage on Payments for further details. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the fees you may be charged should you cancel your reservation  

  6. Ensure that your personal travel requirements are organised well before departure, including valid passports, transport tickets to/from Japan, comprehensive travel insurance, medical supplies, visas and import permits (for certain restricted items).
