Class description: Regional and home-style Japanese dishes that will add a healthy and exotic twist to your Aussie summer meals.. and venture beyond those restaurant dishes. Includes a selection of non-vegetarian recipes that will be appetising, satisfying but not too heavy in hot weather. 

Example menu: 

Slow-braised chicken fillets in miso-koji marinade

Flaked grilled fish in sesame-soy paste with udon noodles

Kakiage mixed vegetable (and/or seafood) fritters

Ohitashi vegetable salad in dashi dressing with pickled sour plum paste

Capacity: 8

Price: $90 (scheduled public classes, demo-style), $140 (on-demand private classes, full instruction). Discounts apply for bookings of 3 or more persons, enrolment in 2 or more classes, and those officially eligible for educational discounts or concession... please enquire at time of enrolment.
